What make and model is your computer and motherboard? How old is it?

Well, I'll need to know what motherboard you have, so I can tell you what to get. You can use SiS Sandra (free download) to find that. Beyond that, you just need to change the chip on the motherboard.

Is that a notebook? If it is unless it's designed to allow the user to make that kind of upgrading, and I doubt it is, then you'll have to spend on a tech guy to do it for you.

It's not too hard on a desktop, although it requires changing a chip, but notebooks are harder to upgrade.

Google is your friend.

You're boned. Though, how can a year old proc be too slow for Fable? Methinks the weak link is something else. Being below the recommend proc speed means little (doubleplustrue if it is an AMD) compare to having less RAM or a crappy vid card.
