I was working in a five star, multi-award-winning, modern-australian, internationally-renouned, multi-million dollar restaurant for a bit. Now I have a job as head chef/manager of a boutique cafe. Hah, you weren't around here in the days of the Volcano, were you? NSG has certainly evolved. Not sure if I approve of the evolution, but it certainly has. The old NSG was an interesting, if frightening place.
