This has been tearing me apart. There is a game, a zombie game, where you are a marine, or coast guard or somebody, and you wake up on the beach of a zombie infested town, and you have to make it to a tower on the other side of town. Also, light makes the zombies burn.
WHAT IS THE GAME!?! I want it for Christmas, but I can't remember the name.

Neither. It is an older game, it takes place in a city, and vehicles are really importent.

Also, would it help anyone if they knew that the main character in the game lost their memory, and the main characters entire squad died. The main objective is a tower on the other side of town.
