Afghan leader, Hamid Karzai, has stated that Pakistan is sheltering taliban troops in order to "enslave" Afghanistan. Now clearly Pakistanis aren't going to be buying Afghani citizens for cheap farm labor, but Pakistan does have a history of using terrorist groups to try to get leverage over their neighbors. As they used Lashkar-e-Toiba against India, they will now use Taliban militants against Afghanistan.
