Now, I'm not a woman, nor am I gay, but I think it's unfair there are all these "best looking women" threads, but none for the men.

So, to the ladies (and gay gents) of NS, I ask you: Which country do you think has the best looking men?

Well, uhm, I can just say I'm lucky to live where I live, even if everyday life can get a bit overloaded with eye candy... it never gets old, though.

So, to the ladies (and gay gents) of NS, I ask you: Which country do you think has the best looking men?I don't understand these questions. Everywhere in the world has incredibly beautiful people that I wouldn't be able to say no to if I tried (though I don't see why I would).

And by the way, Kongo-Kinshasa, disclaimers verifying your gender are so last decade. Revel in your androgenous and ambiguously changeable boinking preferences.

Brazil. or possibly Turkey. but probably Brazil. definately not anywhere in europe or most of asia. of course anybody can be attractive, but in most places it seems to be the exception rather than the rule. the only bangledeshi guys I've known were very hot, though. african skin-tone but silky hair....gorgeous. the subcontinent and the -stan's seem to be a good bet, too. still...I think it's Brazil. this is complimented by the country's general attitude of tolerance and long tradition of multi-culturalism, and the fact it's tropical. it's accepting and tolerant without being demagogicly liberal (read: scandinavia and the netherlands) and it's extremely spiritual and has deep rooted traditions without being bigoted. they also drive ethanol cars there, which makes me happy. I also hear that their gay culture is, owing to the long tradition of tolerance there, not rebellious and wantonly promiscuous like the US and europe - and is in fact oriented towards long term relationships. gay culture in america could be summed up in the phrase "YAY! I'm a fashionable liberal slut!"...not so in Brazil (if what I've heard is right.) Brazil is just the sexiest nation in the world, period.

haha - turkish bathes, turkish oil wrestling, a lack of european taboos on open expression of affection between males (though not homosexuality), and a long, long tradition of tactful homosexuality. add to the mix that it's the heartland of Sufi mysticism and has absoltuely stunning architecture and has an extremely rich and diverse history stretching from modern times to the stone age, Turkey is a pretty damn neat place. swarthy men with soft eyes and mediteranian complexions also make me rather jolly.

I dunno - after a google image search guys from singapore don't look so bad. far eastern guys are a bit too "pretty" for my tastes...I'm afraid they don't pull off "ruggedly handsome" very well. beautiful and graceful, definately, but ruggedly handsome...not so much. now their females? if I were into women I'll be all *over* that. delicate and totally gorgeous...erm, for both sexes.

Japanese men are pretty hot. Australia has a good mix of a lot of different ethnicities overall though, so I'd go with that. :cool:

haha, I've actually not seen any turkish porn - I'm only refering to direct coverage that did have the mustached dudes and such. I'm not saying every man in turkey is hot...but there's a greater proportion of attractive ones there than in, say, germany or russia (the only non north-american countries I've visited).

as far as closeted and vying for "breeder" approval, no, not really. they may not be traipsing about with "I'm here! I'm queer!" tattooed to their foreheads, but gay men have featured rather prominently in turkish history, as in many countries, as servants to the ruling class. most of the grand viziers of the ottomon empire started their careers as bath house slaves and ended up more powerful than 99% of the "free" populace. what a culture officially approves and what it officially condemns are entirely different from what actually goes on. ever heard of Malik Ayaz?

hey, Sam was by far the hottest charactor in lord of the rings, and he was the "fat" one. nothing wrong with a healthful figure :D though obviously the emphasis is on healthful...haha, I have nothing even approaching abs, or a "physique", but from people who have them I've gotten no complaints...nor anything but repeat-invitations, actually...:fluffle: ;) :fluffle: a reasonable tummy does not get in the way of sex one bit!

I am straight and grew up in New Orleans. I had lots of gay friends and it was in the deep south...We used to organize anti gay bashing patrols, and walk round the quarter waiting. Then when they started taunting about twenty of us would amble out of the bar and beat the everliving shit out of them. Usually they were from out of town, so it wasn't like they would be able to find us again...

*sigh* I lived in new york from january to april this year...I went to this nuthouse (http://www.tkc.edu) for part of a semester. tehe, I even got quoted in the village voice (http://www.villagevoice.com/arts/0615,aviv,72805,12.html) when the school was the cover story for one issue. the week that article came out I was kicked out of student housing because I was "distracting" my roomies from academic persuits...despite the fact the fact the head of the housing department told me to my face I was the most academically inclined and least rowdy person in the room. oh well. I spent the time since april working and saving up trying to move back to new york, but I'm horrible at saving money...so now I'm going to school here in arkansas instead. I'll either transfer up to CUNY in a few years or just go there for grad school.

NYC is easily the greatest city in the world, hands down. it figures I managed to move up there and pick out that school out of all the rest...sheash. I'll definately definately definately be moving back up there though, as outside of brazil it's basicly the only place I'm going to be initiated in my religion...and finding a boyfriend will be about 1000.54 times easier up there than anywhere else...

All the Eastern European guys I know were really good looking, including my boyfriend who's mixed Eastern European. (And my ex-boyfriend, as much as I despise him, he was good looking, as well as friend of mine).
