How do I dissociate an email address from my computer login thing?

For some reason, my computer is associating an email address I have never even used with my computer(there is only one login: admin). It says I have a new email when I come out of standby. I went and checked the email and deleted the tiny bits of spam and opened what appeared to be the offender, but it still doesn't work. I checked Outlook whatever, MSN Messenger, regular Messenger...I can't figure out what is causing this...I HATE MICROSOFT! :headbang:

Microsoft is so easy to hate :)
Linux empowers the user to fix the problem themselves. So linux users spend hours trying to fix trivial problems, and end up hating themselves!

If you don't use the email address, why not just tell Windows not to inform you of new email? Dumb solution, I know, but ... well, it's Windows, right?
