Actually there's nothing specifically against it, it's just traditional not to depict him. Oddly he has been on South Park many times (in fact he's in their opening montage). Episode with David Blaine he had a role in.

There is no free speech here. You agreed to the terms of service. It is well known that a business can restrict what you can and cannot say, even with the first amendment in place. It isn't restricting free speech, as you can still say whatever you want. Just not here.

Good old Max Barry also makes it very clear in the rules that it is not freedom of speech in the forums in the rules/terms/FAQ.

i entered into the terms of service contract with the understanding that it was my right to use my fingers and type stuff. Jolt lets me on here when i hit that little check box thing that says that i read the terms of service. they allow me onto their property to speak. there'd be a problem if i wasnt accpeted onto their property. but...for the time being...i may speak freely. and for the record...i have not knowingly offended any person on this forum. i am oblivious to any person who was offened by the picture i posted for casual amusment. had i known this would incite anger among the NS general users, i would NEVER have posted it.
