Do you do anything else ON THE INTERNET that is more addictive than NS General?
I play Eve Online, a MMORPG. Any of you play MMORPGs, or haunt other forums?

What? An infidel! There is only one webgame and Max Barry is its administrator! Maxhu ackbar!
Er, you mean more addictive than NS General? At the risk of offending the natives under their own roof, quite a few things. :p I find this whole practice of dividing up NS into "subgames" trite and ridiculous however, seeing as I try to do a little of everything NS has to offer anyway.
At any rate, I did a WoW trial recently. It's good, not sure I'd pay monthly for it (as opposed to once every six months/one year). RPG-wise, it's decent, in that the quests/fighting/etc. are fairly solidly built and straightforward, but a tad simplistic; it struck me as like NWN on speed, and less storyline focused. Community-wise, haven't really dug in at all, but my initial impression is that it's basically impossibly vast.
As far as other forums, I basically live on the ESUS forums (http://www.esusalliance.co.uk/forums/index.php) .

I play WoW and EQ. I snoop around some different forums, but NSG is my regular one.

Yep, its a documented fact that drug addicts forsake their drug of choice for fear of isolation from NS in jail.

I used to play WoW alot, but stopped around June this year and for a while was completely at a loss of what to do. Since that I've got into reading forums and other things like wiki, hopefully learning some things at the same time. Oh, and Facebook.
EDIT: Oo, 100th post :)

Besides NSG, Cybernations, and USGovSim, most of my free internet time goes to Youtube. The rest is dedicated to homework, fixing broken crap in my house, and practicing bass clarinet.

I played EVE Online for a while, but these days I play CoH/CoV and spend the rest of my time here, endlessly tripping up the perpetually gormless.
AND I smoke a lotta weed while doing it, too. I'm looking at you, Dhomme.

WoW... I have an addictive personality...
Dude... How can you play that? I find it so boring... I mean, it's basically the same damn thing as every other MMORPG I've played, and that turned me off in the first fifteen minutes.
I know, I know, people tell me that the experience progresses... But, I want it to be a good experience the entire time, not just part of it. When I see a game rehashing the same formula that's been used for over a decade (Meridian 59 was released to the public in 1995), I quickly lose interest.

Ah, well, then you totally dodged that fateful bullet. Good on you, I guess, because you're not having your experience ruined simply because it's the same thing as every other MMORPG.
