TFHR insists that if a man forces his wife to have sex with him, then it is not rape since she gave her consent when she married him. He does make a semi-good point there, but I'm sure he can't refute that it is not alright to abuse one's wife. Even if forced sex on a spouse is not rape, it is still assault, which is also illegal.
