Sexually arousing is painting with a mighty broad brush.

Imagine if noses turned you on?

That would make an awful lot of stuff illegal.

The country's Media Council says that in future "pornographic content" should only be sold at specially designated shops to people over the age of 18.
I hardly think this is outlawing fun. It sounds VERY much on par with many western nations, though a tough on the conservative side. I imagine that this is very similar to what some American states embrace as part of everyday life.

So porn gets taken off the top shelf and given a whole store to itself? I can live with it.

People painting with broad brushes arouse you? I understand if they're naked, but just painting with a broad brush... does it also have a long handle?

According to my ex-girlfriend, my brush is at least a foot wide. At least.

Sex toys are banned in most of the United States. That's why they're sold as "novelties".

The fact that such newspapers were sold to the general populace simply underlines a decaying of the moral fabric of the society and a reckless disregard of piety and Christianity. Of course, much of Africa is slipping slowly into nihilistic oblivion, so I am not surprised.

I think the fun was pretty much ended in Uganda in the 1970s. You can't ban something that doesn't exist.

I don't see how this is any different from how such things are treated in the West, and many parts of Asia.

Yeah, that Idi Amin was quite the party crasher.
