Ok go to control panel, then double click on speech.

"Where it says You have selected Microsoft Sam as the computer's default voice"

delete that and type in soi then press preview

It makes this really weird sound, like blowing wind from your throat or something. Why does it do that?

I've also heard about some other really weird sounds you can make with that thing, do you know of any?

I think I'll wait a bit.

Sounds like satan throwing up his liver or something.
