Surely you mean the worlds smallest manned aircraft, correct? Because I know there are lots of much smaller twin engine planes available...

I'm curious if that would fall in the catagory of "experimental" or "ultra-light." Isn't the smartest thing to do aerobatics in an airplane without a quick release canopy and a parachute. The FAA forbids it actually.

First time I saw a Cri Cri (23 years ago) was at Oshkosh. Not an ultralight, I don't remember if it's experimental, but I believe it's in fact a French production craft.
