Play the first game. It's from the schools revision guide. It's pretty fun :p
But is it made for more then just fun? Is it a possible that it is training people stand up against oppressive government if it comes?

More like UK taking measures to bring about "1984" (the government are at least).

What do you mean 'if'?
Wouldn't say it's training per se. Just gets the point across in a semi-fun way.
Serious training to resist governments isn't really in the current government interests, in my humble opinion. (Unless, of course, they're set to lose the election. Then, perhaps....)
Anyone else notice the € signs? So the BBC reckon that the UK will be in the euro before 2020...

The interlocutor does not appear to be anyone representing an official law enforcement agency.
Why would my avatar stop for her then?
Besides, there are bigger civil liberties issues at stake than clothing and labels.

No it's not. It sucked. Hard. And blows at the same time.

No, this is just a piss-poor game for angsty teens. The game promotes "bluffing your way around the law", something that would never work on a real cop--per button wearing guy. Only the dumbest morons could delude themselves into believing this crap. No one would ever outlaw coats with hoods. And I'll tell you something, I love seeing teens with pants half-way to their ankles because I can either yank them down the rest of the way and make a scene or pull their wallet right off that stupid chain they've got and run. I know that in either case they won't be able to give chase because with their pants where they are they couldn't run if their life depended on it. Though it's not like they keep much money in those chain wallets anyways so I usually have to hit 3 or 4 a day just to get a good meal.
There is no conspiracy and 1984 ain't around the corner waiting to jump out. Lose the makeup, get a haircut, and go home and be violated by fireants.
I'm disappointed with the first scene.. She should have asked to see my prescription; if the doctor gave me one, that oughtn't be a problem.

Jesus christ that quiz-thingy is scary. I did it all the way to end (I was bored :p). You end up becoming one of those regulator people. It's a corporate nightmare, like Jennifer government where kids are brainwashed into becoming the next generation of mindless consumers that discriminate against minorities because it is easy to do so. Tyranny by majority I think the term is. *runs away screaming*
