He gets a lot of mileage of looking like a dork while telling filthy jokes, but that seems to be his entire schtick. It's cute for a while, but he's not in my top twenty of stand up comics.

It is pretty much his schtick, and it's FREAKING HILARIOUS (IMHO).
Granted, it wouldn't be nearly as funny if I didn't think "That's the Full House guy telling raunchy jokes" every time he does it.
Still pretty damn funny, though.

I guess, he's not that funny.
Well, he was rather forced to be "the nice guy" in Full House and AFV. His rather vulgerness is funny because of his association with these shows, really, as noone expects him to be a dirty old man.
He's not the greatest, but he is rather funny(When not on those particular shows).

But if you don't know him from those shows, the schtick falls flat. He's not bad; he's just not extraordinary in my opinion.

You really like to go out of your way to belittle American celebrities every chance you get, don't you?
I don't even like Bob Sagat all that much, but your total derision of everything American is weird, almost like you're uncomfortable with how little influence the low countries have.

I was a writer's assistant on his last short-lived sitcom, "Raising Dad." In terms of the people who worked on it it was the best show I was ever on. Everyone who worked on it were really laid back, cool people - a rarity in Hollywood. He got drunk at the Christmas party and gave this whole, "I love everyone" toast. It was funny. He was pretty cool, but he did embarass everyone on the whow at a table read once. For every episode there's three different table reads which is where all teh actors gather around a big table and read the whole script aloud. The first is for the show, the second one is for the studio where all the studio execs come and watch and the final is for teh network where all teh people on the show, the sudio execs and teh network people all watch the read. The show starred sagat and two girls, one 15 one 9. In one of the episodes Sagat's character didn't want to let the older daughter go to a senior party. They were sitting down to dinner and the young girl's line was supposed to be, "Hey, dad. Can I say something?" To which Sagat replies, "What?" She was supposed to respond, "can you pass teh salmon and I think you should let Sarah go to the party." At the read, with the whole network, studio a and show people there including the parents, the young girls asks, "Dad, can I say something?' Sagat replies, "What? Are you getting hair down there?" It was extremely uncomfortable...

Wonderfully so.
He sucks. God his acting in Full House and America's Funniest Home Video actually made me consider hanging myself.
And while his work on those two shows was appalling, if you've ever seen him do stand-up (or even host 1 vs 100), he is a really funny guy.
I'm glad I didn't know who he was before I saw him on Full House, because seeing a talented guy do that to his career probably would make me hang myself.
Even if I did, that would be bad because...?
It wouldn't.

Andy Rooney is perhaps the coolest person ever. His book, A Few Minutes with Andy Rooney, is one of the best things I've read, IMO.

He's just bitter because the closest thing to a cultural accomplishment Sweden ever had was ABBA, and, well, they were fucking ABBA.
It'd be like Britain being completely wiped out, leaving only the current members of Oasis left alive.

ABBA do indeed rule, but you do omit Roxette and Ace of Base, not to mention the Cheiron/Max Martin-studio which is responsible for almost all hits BSB, N*SYNC, Britney and many more've ever had. Now, the latter is cause for shame, but ABBA more than enough makes up for it.
