Not really, but I made my own:

Bush is coaching a football team (Cheney and Rumsfeld are players), and he is waving around an M16 yelling "We will have victory!" The scoreboard says US: 500, Terrorists: 2000 (The number of casualties on each side). It's not very good, but you get the picture, yeah?

[...] It's not very good, but you get the picture, yeah?

Not really, which is why you should upload it. Few more things less fruitless than trying to describe a cartoon.

I once saw a cartoon showing a room with a sign that says Nuclear Club, and Usa, France and britian are cowering from an angry North Korea throwing bricks into the room breaking the window

I like the idea, but could you explain the numbers?

The US had killed around 500 terrorists when I made that cartoon (last year). At that time, there were 2000+ soldiers dead in Iraq. That's what the scoreboard shows. How many ach side has killed. And Bush just yells "We will have victory!", showing complete disregard for his men. (I was actually gonna make a commentator with a hoodie that said UN on it, but that would make it more complicated) It's really very simple, yeah.

Not really political, but shows the ambivalent perception of security (The man's badge says: "Dr. G. Schüttelt, head of IT-Security" and the text he says is: "Yes, Master-Card, the number is ... valid till 11/05. but use a 128-bit SSL-connection, everything else is too insecure!").

There were some particularly good ones in the latest issue of Private Eye, but alas, I have no scanner.

The gist of it is that there's cheap petrol, but it's got unrealistic conditions on it.

That's what confuses me: surely the US has killed many more than 500 after all that time? I mean, sure, it's got to be hard to impossible to know the exact number, but 4 Americans to kill each insurgant (esp given the military's efficiency, air strikes, etc) seems off.

i.e:
U.S. and Iraqi forces have killed or arrested more than 50,000 Iraqi insurgents in the past seven months
