I've been curious about this for some time...How do you instantly recruit people? I let my son create a nation and as soon as it was accepted he had three telegrams; all wanted his nation to join their region!!! How the heck do you do that?

The region screen says the last couple nations that just moved in. So as soon as someone joins said region a message along the lines of "so_and_so just moved to this region 15 seconds ago" shows up
