I have been arguing with some freinds for ages about this so I need someone to clarify this on going fued.

Is the language they speak in Pingu a real language or a language made up for the show with just a load of random noises !?!?!?!?

It's Penguinese.

dunno, wouldn't have thought it was an actual real language but they might have extablished certain sounds to mean certain things. i used to be able to do an awesome impression of pingu just making random noises. i used to love pingu, it was one of my favourite programmes when i was small.
