Once again I have to nominate The Dark Backward. It was too weird to be watchable. Horrible movie, but definitely weird.

I liked Repo Man. That had some weird in it.

Hedwig and the Angry Inch. (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0248845/)

It's amazingly good, but it's also quite "weird" at points, which is part of its excellence.

I saw Avalon once, it is pretty strange. To me it made sense.... for the first half an hour or so.

I would say "A Clockwork Orange", but that one is sort of a given. So, Ill throw out "Memento", which was absolutely crazy in details.

Damn, I'd forgotten about that! Brazil is the comedy musical of 1984. It's like they stuck a USB cable into Terry Gilliam's head and downloaded the contents thereof.

Eraserhead.

Agreed.

And on a different note, what boring people frequent this forum. Donnie Darko? Are you kidding me? Compared to movies like Save the Green Planet, Tetsuo: The Iron Man, Wild Zero, or The Happiness of the Katakuris Donnie Darko is as weird as the average dime a dozen Hollywood action movie.

Starring the "Boss, the plane! the plane!" guy.

Irreversible, almost hands down.. Last House on the Left is strange in the sense that it's....just entirely devoid of a point.

Oh, and Donnie Darko is incredibly over-rated.
