I found a link to this particular spot in Google Maps on a web site, with no explanation as to what exactly it is... Its not just a Google maps oddity, its on Google earth too.

I proly should have mentioned this earlier, but its not actually in Amsterdam, I was just trying to find it again and I remembered it was near Amsterdam and so thats what I looked up, its in a town outside Amsterdam,

I put my money on an error in picture transmission. If it was reflection the inside would be white, but it looks more like a chunk of a small street.
