Not helpful, and why I think presidential winner-takes-all executives are not suitable for these developing countries.

It's a shame in these elections it is the actiosn of the losers, not the winners, dictate if democracy will prevail.

Liberal Democracy is currently impossible in a state like Congo.

The groups with (fire)power are the groups that have the least interest in stable democracy. And so, they will do their best to avoid it.
