Three men were chased with a machete and shot at when they attempted to urinate in front of a house in a neighborhood known for heroin and weed sales. (That bit was left out of the article) One man was shot in the abdomen during the altercation.

I'll bet nobody tries to piss on that guy's porch anymore. On one hand it's good that residents in that community are trying to enforce decent standards of behavior, on the other hand, it's probably not good for my city's image to have machete and gun wielding residents chasing and shooting each other in the streets.
