I try to host a game of Rise of Nations and have my friend ip in.. I give him what I get on showip.com but he cannot make it. He hosts and I cant join his games. What do I do? Open ports or whatever? Only reply if you have an solution, please.

Dude, this isn't Rise of Nations, and when a Mod closes your thread, you don't restart it up again.

no shit its not, but the RoN forums aren't active and my question doesn't require you to have/play the game. I reposted it because the mod closed it for a bad reason. Now please, help or dont post.

My suggestion is try hamachi. It tricks your computers into thinking a LAN network has been established. My friends use it when they play RON, and I do when I play hearts of iron.
