And I did a fairly good job, at least better than what I thought I would do. So I'm all happy now. Its my first time cutting my hair myself. So my question to you is this, who cuts your hair and how often do you get it cut. And oh yes, there will be a poll.

I go to my mom's house and have her cut it, since it's free. I get it cut every few months.

Myself, with clippers, when it annoys me.

My grandfather owns a few cheap hair-styling places. The employees at one location know who I am and I get my hair cut for free there. I do tip, though.

I go to a hair salon three or four times a year.

My brother usually cuts it, but now I'm trying to grow an afro :D

I just get my mom to do it when ever I get back from uni for a week or so. Only takes a bit of sweet talking and its done.:D

I'm not going to pay over the odds for a barber when I can get it for free.

When my oldest son was in college he decided to cut his own hair. He ended up bald and decided a full beard did not look good with a baldhead. So, he shaved off the beard. Then he decided he didn’t look good with no hair, no beard, and with eyebrows. He shaved off the eyebrows. Well, no one on campus gave him any crap as they all thought he was one of those neo Nazi freaks. :eek:

Mine cried when I got my hair cut.

I used to have, when I was back in grade 9 (yes, this is a long time ago, about 9, almost 10 years - shit, I'm getting old!), long hair that came almost half way down my back. Super curly light brown hair (what some call 'dirty blond').

I used to get my hair cut by either the barber or my mom, but now I cut it myself.

I basically just take my mom's hair-cutting equipment and cut it in the bathroom. Quick and easy. I save money and I get it the way I want, hassle free.

I do this about every month and a half, really depends when I start to look funny.

i go about once a year or so, and when i do go its to a ladies' hairdressers (cos barbers are shit with long hair in my experience)

My mom used to, but I got annoyed at how she cut it and got it cut once last spring. I didn't like that either and it cost money so it hasn't been cut since then. I've been told it suits me, but I'm thinking of trimming it a little bit, it gets annoying sometimes.

I go to the barber about once a year usually. However it's been about a year since my last cut and I have no plans to go yet.

I go to the hairdresser every 6 weeks.

last time i got my haircut i did it myself, when i was drunk. i won't be bothering going back to the barber again. pointless to pay a fiver for something i can do myself even when completely off my face.

I haven't had a haircut in nearly two years. It's getting to be a pain in the ass, but I'm humoring my Mom, she loves it long. It's very fine, so if I don't braid it before I go to sleep, or God forbid, sleep on it wet, it ends up a knotted up rat's nest.
I always kept in about a chin length bob, but it's about to the bottom of my shoulder blades now.
