Title is pretty self-explanatory.

I want to see if this is true. I've heard it many times, but I'm not sure.

So, try to decipher what I'm saying, and you post a jumble. I'll try and decipher it. Please don't change what the meaning truly is mid-way (I.E you posting it thinking is says "de facto" and then you change it to something else when I guess it).

Though, not all the words stick to the first and last letter rule...

It doesn't really work if you don't stick to the rule. Otherwise it makes short words impossible to read on the fly.
