Yeah i saw that on Wednesday or Thursday of last week, when i checked it again on Friday it had over 2.2million hits.

I then went on to post it on MOBRA and was going to post it here...
The Wright brothers have always been credited with the first powered controled flight but there was one man that managed the feat before them, Richard Pearse (http://www.nzedge.com/heroes/pearse.html) a New Zealander, the following movie is here just to show that Kiwis can fly!

It was willing to give up everything for one dream,

The sensation of flight.

I thought the sound at the end was too much. It really wasn't needed.

But, why did it have to pound a bunch of nails around the roots of a tree? The "meaning" is just too esoteric for me--I don't get it.

Kiwi can't fly, he was diving down a cliff to get the feeling of flight.:p

Well we are hoping to redeploy the ANZAC Class Frigates elsewhere so we need these boats to fend off the nasty Penguins.

They may look like harmless Iceberg's but thay are actually the lead elements of a masssive Penguin Armada.
The inner core of each Iceberg is holding the equivalent of a Penguin Corp inside of it, all those pieces breaking off of the main iceberg's are actually 'motorised' transport boats.

Things are not well in the land of the long white cloud. :(

It's a metaphor to people who sacrifice their lives for a dream -- raising a family, helping the poor, etc. The kiwi obviously spent its life nailing a forest of trees to a cliff, all for a fleeting moment where it finally felt like it was flying free... very sad.

Oooooh! I get it now. The trees growing perpendicularly out of the face of a cliff seemed odd. I didn't realize that the kiwi had been securing them there that way for effect. Sort of Kafkaesque.
