I really don't understand why some of the pro-choice crowd has to get so hysterical every time abortion is mentioned, as if someone is announcing "I HATE FREEDOM!" every time they don't specifically expound upon the glories of abortion. I was simply talking about the economic effects of abortion, and you interpret it as if some evil "anti-choice zealot" was on the attack because I didn't say "Abortion rules!" If there was no legal abortion, there would be far fewer abortions (abortions grew at a faster rate post Roe v. Wade), which would mean many of those babies who would have been aborted would not have been aborted but rather born (about 40 million more, if I recall correctly, a disproportionate part of which are not "precious whites" but blacks and Hispanics BTW), which would mean more human capital. There is a greater demand with a smaller supply of human capital, hence the movement of human capital to the USA- in lay man terms, people come here to get jobs. This is not an argument against abortion; it is a value-neutral, economic, rational analysis. If you still interpret it as some political statement and wish to counter my logical analysis with more absurd insinuations of racism, among other things, then I have lost all faith in humanity.
