My house is in escrow, closing at at the end of this month. I just made an offer on a condo in Colorado and it was accepted. YAAAAAAY. I'm leaving California! Life is good!

It was several years ago, and it may have been $90,000, but I know it was below a 100,000 and had a golf course and lake. I wished I had the money for such a change.

For a simple, 2,100sq ft contemporary in a pretty average neigborhood around here, we're talkin' between $375,000-$485,000... and it's on less than 1/4 of an acre. :rolleyes:

Are you planning on living near Pine Junction, which is conviently located on Highway 285 southwest of Denver? If so, do be sure and venture into the Wendy's located in nearby Aspen Park occasionally. We're sure to meet if ya do that. I'll be the fat one with the nametag of "Matt."

I was going to do that today, actually. Take in my old Matt name tag and have a new sticker placed on it. (I temporarily lost it and got a new one, then found it again, leaving me with an extra.) But I forgot, and my GM wasn't there anyway. (She's the only one who actually knows how to run the little sticker printer. It's not that hard to figure out, to be honest, but no one else wants to even touch the thing. I don't know why. :rolleyes: )
