It was, and it's great! I haven't laughed so much for three years! Let's hope it's successful enough that Borat isn't 'execute'. :p

I'll wait until it's out on DVD. I saw him on the Tonight Show and there's no way I'm paying full price in the theatre for that "comedy."

Yes, there are many ways. In fact, one could say that there are torrents of ways... :p

My wife is the one who asked to go see it. I wanted to wait for the DVD because it really didnt look as high-larious as everyone makes it out to be. I've already seen him do his characters on his show so they arent so fresh/new/funny to me.

I'm a girl.

I like Borat.

Well, I have to be in the mood for that kind of humour...sort of like Adam Sandler.

And Sacha Baron Cohen, OOC is hot.

I'm a girl. It's the funniest movie I've seen for ages.

How can you not love Borat?

Answer: your rectal lining obscures the view of the show/film.

I liked the movie a lot as well. I think that about half of the people that were in the theatre when I went were women as well. I think that women that don't like him don't get he is making fun of people like that rather than holding those views.

One of the best movies I've ever seen, the fight seen was hilarious. And rather unpleasant.

Or, as in my case, their sense of humour just isn't on that wave length.

It was great. That scene was rather disturbing, but apart from that, yeah it was pretty good.

Ok my wife and I saw it last night. It was pretty damn funny, and we both loved it. I expected that I would have already seen the funniest and best parts but apparently the previews didnt ruin the movie for me this time, so thats good.

The fight scene was awesome. lol

great line: "May George Bush drink the blood of every man, woman and child in Iraq."

Regarding women not liking it: There was a group of old women in there watching it and they were laughing harder than anyone in the theater.

Incidentally, did anybody notice how LONG the blackout of Borat's wang was during the fight scene?

I saw it earlier today actually. It was incredible. I haven’t laughed like that since I don’t know when.

Best scene in the whole damn movie.

The odd part for me was that they blacked out that phallus, but did show that of his son in the series of photographs he showed at an earlier point in the film. It was extraordinarily funny, that film. Cohen is a gifted and a provocative wit. And if he loses the 'stache, he's not at all bad-looking.

I just assumed it was intentionally far longer than necessary for humour's sake.

I did not find it as funny as everyone else. Funny? Yes, but I wouldn't want to watch it again.

Yeah, I read in several places that it was a gay porn actor. I would think that he must be over 18 then.
