In a bit of word exchange, the SM commander said "The Emperor protects us; we will not fall." My commander countered with "You will." It ended there, but I swear to god, I could see that conversation devolving into "Will not!", "Will too!"

To call themselves a 24/7 channel they have to be playing something at night too, and they usually fill this slot with something they already own the rights to but arent showing during the day
On the plus side it gives fanatics the chance to watch old shows, i remember over the summer holidays there were a lot of old shows on, for example "Xena: Warrior princess" on bravo at 3am:D and some other cartoon shows
But there not gonna waste money buying the rights to something expensive and then just show it just during the night...

Apparently Deleon had convinced Jarvi to go into a business deal with him that was bogus. According to Betty Jarvi, he took out a $50,000 loan against his condominium to invest in a Mexican oil deal.
"He said he wanted to buy stocks in a Mexican oil company and had inside information," Betty Jarvi said.
On Dec. 27, 2003, Jarvi drove his van to Deleon's home about 15 miles away. Deleon, who was on a daily work furlough program from jail, drove them to Mexico, police say. Surveillance cameras captured the license plate of his car as it returned to the United States.
After Jarvi's body was found, Mexican police arrived at Betty Jarvi's home the next day because her son's wallet was still in his pocket.
A big break in the case came when police found Jarvi's van in front of the Deleon's. By this time, Skylar Deleon had already been charged in the murder of the couple on the yacht and police wondered if there was any connection. When they discovered that the two men had been in jail together at the same time, they delved further and found cell phone records between Deleon and Jarvi immediately after cashier's checks for Jarvi's loan were cashed.

We currently have a kid's fantasy mini-series on at about 3.00am, complete with Rosie O'Donnell as Snow-white. I know it's 'fantasy' but surely there are limits even to the power of imagination.:confused:
