Change hour mode on computer clock?

How do you change the little clock on the bottom right to display in 24h system? I forget how I did it on my old comp...

i dunno. being from Poland which uses 24 hour system, my computer is already on the 24 hour system.

Windows, I'm assuming.
Go to control panel--->regional and language options
In the regional options tab, click on customize.
Select the time tab
Select one of the two options with the capital H.
