I've got three primary areas of knowledge that I have significantly greater knowledge in the the average member of the populace. Those would be
1) Drugs, specifically those that are psychoactive, and those that have potential to be used for either recreation or cognitive/physical enhancement.
2) Philosophy, specifically those areas pertaining to natural rights, the nature of the mind, and the nature of the universe as it relates (or not) or any possible creators.
3) Sex, specifically sexual techniques, toys, and the biology related to such.
Edit: Though, relative to some mythical "average person," I likely have quite a bit more stored knowledge. I have excellent capacity for the memorization and utilization of various kinds of information, and am not too shabby, as well, at synthesizing my own knowledge from raw data.
On a related note, my ninth-grade English teacher gave me the nickname Dick (Dict?) for my impromptu dictionary-like definition of a word.

I may well not. I'm only speaking relative to the mythical "average person." I think that I understand, and have devoted a significant portion of my (admittedly, not tremendously voluminous, both from my young age, and being kept busy) free time to the study of such. Along with the other subjects I'd mentioned.
Edit: Also, if this was a reference to a particular work or the body of work by Wittgenstein, then I may well not have caught it. I've not done more then the most cursory overview of Wittgenstein (he's on the list, though).

Find it more difficult to breathe with things in my nose....
