I don't play either, seem rather childish to me.

Im 38 years old and play paintball regularly. There is NOTHING more satisfying in the world then safely shooting your friends!

I prefer lazerquest (or similar), I played paintball once and it gave me shell-shock.

i didn't know you actually shot at people with airguns? i thought they were for targets. i know a guy who shot the end of his thumb off when he was 11 with an air gun.
i've never used either but i'll vote paintball cuz it's more colourful.
