It's November, as you might know.. Which means Thanksgiving, for us in the USA.
Well durring holidays when all of the family is over, I'm the bartender.
I'm trying to think of what I could make this year, and well, I can't think of anything.
Any seasonal drinks you sexy people could suggest?

"Walk Me Down the Road Sweet Jesus"
1 shot vodka
1 shot gin
1 shot white rum
1 shot triple sec
1 shot blue curacao
Dash of Triple Sec
Mix with 7-up
*SHAKE* do NOT stir (this is anathema)
Garnish with lime
(I've heard people say it's a lot like a 'Blue Hawaiin'. I drank it all the time when I hung out in Memphis).
P.S. - you WILL need help walking down the road....

thanksgiving is a very traditional holiday so you really should serve whatever drinks are traditional in your family. rum and cokes, beer, tom collins, wines, whatever.
if you feel you must offer something new, id consider harvest/thanksgiving themed drinks. cranberry martinis, apple martinis, something eggnoggish but made from baileys.

yeah rum or some kind of brandy. but eggnog is disgusting. especially the storebought stuff. *shudder*
better to go with baileys or one of the knockoffs and add heavy cream and nutmeg.

Eggnog's more of an Xmas/NewYears drink, though.
Try a Harvest Moon:
6.0 oz. Apple Cider
2.0 oz. Rye/Whiskey
Pour over ice and garnish with a slice of apple and a stick of cinnamon.
or Spiced Hard Cider Punch
Recipe courtesy Emeril Lagasse
1 cup hot water
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh ginger
7 whole cloves
1 stick cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
1 quart hard cider
1/2 cup applejack
1/2 cup brandy
8 slices Gala, Braeburn, or Red Delicious apple
Place the hot water in a small stainless steel saucepan and add the sugar, ginger, cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg to the pan. Bring to a boil, place a lid over the saucepan and reduce to a simmer. Continue to simmer until the flavors have married, about 20 minutes. Remove from the heat, strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a non-reactive bowl and allow to cool. Once cool, add the cider, applejack and brandy to the bowl. Stir to mix well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, and up to 5 days. Serve in a small punch bowl with an ice mold, if desired, and garnish each glass with an apple slice.

A hot toddy, grog, mulled wine, mulled cider (spiked if it's the soft sort), and the like are good.

In a five gallon porcelain metal, pyrex glass, or stainless steel container
Dozen fifths of red table wine such as Bordeaux or Beaujolais
An orange or two studded with cloves
Several sticks of cinnamon
A pound of raisins or currants
The wine is mulled with the spices and fruit for a couple of weeks in a cool (40 deg F) place such as a root cellar or uninsulated porch. A refrigerator will work, I suppose.
As the holidays approach, the tub of mulled wine is place near the hearth and kept heated -- covered so that it doesn't evaporate fast. Add additional bottles of red, one at a time, as the quantity is depleted; don't add too much too fast.
A 6 oz ladle of warm wine is put into a china mug with three or four raw almonds and a 1 oz shot of Aquavit. A cup of Glogg is the sovereign remedy for taking off the chill after any trip into the frigid outdoors; this goes a long way toward explaining the enthusiasm for winter sports and activities among Swedes.
At the holidays, people go out visiting neighbors house to house, complimenting the holiday decorations and taking a cup of glogg with each visit. This is much more effective than a pub-crawl.

Hot Dr. Pepper with cinnamon schnapps ;)
Warp Core Breach:
The recipe is as follows;
2 ounces Bacardi 151 Rum,
1 1/2 ounces each of Bacardi Limon, Bacardi Spice, Bacardi Select and Bacardi Light,
2 ounces of Razzmatazz or a quality Raspberry Liqueur,
Top that off with 30 ounces of a high quality berry juice. Suggestions are Snapple Aceola Berry, Sobe Power or other energy or natural beverages similar. Stay away from anything such as cranberry, it's too bitter.

a drink me and my friend made up at a staff party where we had a free bar was:
1 shot of jagermeister
1 shot of cointeau
in a highball, topped up with lemonade (or for an extra kick use sprite 3G). whatever garnish you like.
sounds absolutely vile, but it tastes incredible. as long as you like the aniseed/liquorice flavour of jagermeister this will be a good drink. oh, and it's very sweet aswell. probably not the best drink to start the night off with but after a couple of beers or whatever it's awesome :D
