Well, according to Br'er Google, this very question was placed before the people of Yahoo a couple days ago (http://ca.answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AheL_6wO4a5_diPq9PtVyg_pFQx.?qid=20061025132943AARONxn), and has never been encountered before or since.

I think I heard/read something almost like that here, but not quite exactly it. I recall something more specific, something like, "How would you like it if Hitler gassed you" (or it may've been, "put you in a concentration camp," or "thrown you in an oven"). But my memory of the thread isn't good enough to remember exactly, and I don't want to spend 1/2 hour putting every possible permutation into the Jolt search.
