I did it once or twice before but have forgotten how. Thanks.
Either wrap around the URL, or click on the picture button above the message space and enter in the picture's URL.
EX: URL = http://pcs.fares.net/arabic/images/mix009.jpg
Wrap and around it...
http://pcs.fares.net/arabic/images/mix009.jpg

There's a little icon at the top of the text box. Click that, and it opens up a box in which you type the URL of the picture.
If the picture is on your hard drive and you want to post it, you'll need to put it online on a picture hosting site like Photobucket.

You could just try quoting a post that contains an image... that way you could see the tags.
