It appears North Korea is getting ready to set off another nuclear test. If they do, what should the UN do? What should the EU do? What will Japan and South Korea do?

We should just say we don't believe them and have them keep doing tests. They have to run out of fissile material eventually, especially given the sanctions that are doubtless on the way. I know I'd be laughing if Kim Jong blew his entire nuclear stockpile on testing.

The same thing we do to kids who threaten people for attention, beat them up to teach them a lesson, or on a political level, show them the real meaning of nuclear power. ;)

Well, they said they weren't planning to test another nuclear bomb. But there's more you can do with a bomb than test it...

It would be really fucking stupid, for a lot of reasons.
