More something for those from the SW of England. I've just arrived from my home in Luxembourg to visit my friend Sue who helps me when I do the charuty stuff in Uganda etc. She lives in Exeter. And I came into Plymotuh and saw it was the same old grey concrete, excepting a garish new shopping mall. and then I drove up the 'Expressway' to exeter, which was the A something last time I was here. And i took three hours. And then in exeter, its absolutely imaculate. Clean redbrick houses, not very many yobs - at least were Sue and Rania, her Jordainian friend, live. So why's Plymotuh still stuck behind?
