Pedantly, the knob in the vid posted a CV, not a resume. Someone needs to tell him that a resume is a brief description of one's life.
They also need to tell him that one does not do legpress in Powerlifting competitions. (he has on his 'resume' under Powerlifting legpress 1650 lb, bench 495 lb). It's Bench, followed by Deadlift, followed by Squat)

What the hell is a CV?
Curriculum Vitae - literally 'the story of your life'. It details everything. A resume should be 2 pages long at most. Just says who you are, your interests, achievements, work and your education. Also a brief personal statement.
A CV has more details - it should contain your actual grades for instance. Also a more comprehensive work history, including descriptions of duties etc.
And a longer personal statement.
Generally a CV runs to 5/6 pages.
