I normally get cought online (late at night) cause my keyboard is loud, if I silence my mouse I can use the on screen keyboard and get away with it. Any suggestions?

Start menu, accesories, accesibility, on-screen keyboard. And I'm trying to fool a person who walks outside my door. (She works nights)

Maybe she's fooling you... It could be the monitor light coming from under/around your door that's the biggest giveaway. I left the comp on and went outside one night, and it looked like I had a 200-watt bulb blazing away in here (my computer is near the window)! And I have my monitor turned to its dimmest setting!

Mouse clicks are telltale, too, but without blocking that light getting a soft mouse is all for naught...

dunno

all i know is that ive used a wacom pad for years. its silent with the pen, it comes with a mouse too for those times when the click doesnt matter, and its great for photo editing work.

maybe it depends on the prices?

I have a cover in the door crack, she bput it there to keep light from coming in so she could turn on the outerlights without me bitching. I've tested it, works both ways.
