My impression is that most people here don't care that much about swearing, although I think to be tasteful, keep it out of thread titles. Although with a thread title like that in general, you'd get about a million people jumping down your throat.

The text in said OP was hinting a prod at the fact that said forum seems to be full of spammers, and spammers are generally random. I can see nowhere that it implies that US soldiers are stupid.

There is a forum. It's called 4Chan. The people who go there are nicknamed /b/tards.

Some military types hang out there. Some of those military types took a picture. In the picture they were holding up a sign greeting their friends. They added the forum nickname to the picture.

The Waaaagh posted the picture. He (?) made a joke that these military types were spending too much time on the forum.

Then you came in and trolled the thread.
