My friend and I have a bet. He works in a customer-owned co-op. The customers vote the for members of the board, who run the co-op. They hire the managers, who in turn hire the regular employees. The question is: are the board members management, or do they have some other type of classification? (He's a labor law aficionado, but doesn't know the answer to this.) If you could post a link, that would be helpful, too. Thanks.
