If a person flips a car over while attempting emergency evasive action to avoid a bra that he watched a girl place on an antenna then that person should have his driver's license taken away from him forever. The choices of action he makes in very minor situations are so unpredictable and extreme that it would be unreasonable to expect others to have to share the road with him. He's lucky nobody died in his current catastrophic failure to control himself or his vehicle.
