I read that post in the other thread, and you're basically arguing religion, only to ask a question about legislation in the end. That doesn't make much sense...

I voted for yes, only in own home and garden/yard because while it'd be great if people could do that everywhere, there are just some places where it doesn't work.

Could be fun for kicks and giggles, but still have to vote no. (well, own home is ok) One reason being: It's bad enough to smell someone else's fart, I wouldn't want to also see it.

Aside from the obvious, and very real, hygiene problems associated with it, I'm all for it.

Perhaps nudity should be allowed in public places, but clothes would be required for certain places. For instance, things like public transportation would require clothes, businesses could decide as a matter of policy (e.g. no pets, no smoking, no nudity...), and others could capitalize on it by welcoming it in their business.

Nudity should not be too common. If it becomes too normal, then one of my favorite ways to startle and amuse people from time to time is gone. :(

But I would favor decriminalizing nudity. Maybe a $20 fine. :p

I think nudity should be legal in your own home and garden/yard, as well as in certain parks. I also think both sexes should be allowed to go topless anywhere.
