Butte Montana, the polluted source of much of the USA's copper, may also be the source of new bacteria that can cure cancer. Just goes to show that even toxic waste may prove to be an asset.

No, abortion causes breast cancer, I saw some folks with banners trying to educate everyone in the Race For The Cure event on Sunday.

I see. Well then, more toxic waste is needed! Destroy the environment to cure cancer!

To your "Location:" - not true. You won an award for the fjords of Norway, not the whole thing. :p

Hmmm...it says that some of the microbes are "effective against cancer cells isolated in test tubes", and that "the microbes kill off other organisms". So who's to say that these microbes won't attack healthy cells and organs in humans?

I was fairly certain he only made fjords, that was his part in the planet-making process.

He didn't have a specific job, but coastlines were his favourite bit. He won the award for the fjords. When they rebuilt Earth he was assigned the building of Africa - which he was pissed off with because he couldn't put in any fjords.

Wow. I really hope this happens! Not just because it may cure cancer, but because I can't wait to see the look on the faces of environmentalists when they find out that pollution is responsible for finding the cure for cancer. :)

Nature has a sick sense of humor, doesn't it?
