Thats right ladies and gents. What is your drink of choice (recipies appreciated) alcoholic or non-alcoholic.

Currently I have two

Good Game (as I call it)
Gin
Canada Dry
Grenadine
Orange Schnopps

and the non-alcoholic
Canada Dry
Cherry Seven Up

Scotch whiskey, and Irish whiskey.

For best results, mix well while discussing political philosophy at the local "Pan-Gaelic Tartan Society" meetings about how to get rid of those saxon dogs (purposefully lowercased) from the great Celtic Isles (i.e, getting the pre-Hastings nobility out of Britain). Long Live the Bruce!

don't drink alcohol anymore, but I liked vodka....

* 1 part Jägermeister
* 1 part Jim Beam
* 1 part Bacardi 151 proof rum

non-alcoholic I sure like French Vanilla Capeccino (sp?!) and Iced Tea....

Coke, with cherry, lemon, or both. with cream.

Single malt and a pint.

at the moment it's gina and tonic, earlier it was caledonian's golden promise. and i've recently started drinking white wine cuz i've gone off red.

calvados < single malt < PORT < (alles) < SAUTERNES

favorite mixed drinks:

Sangria, Kir, martini, mojito, mint julep

beer: anchor steam - gulden draak < (alles) < ORVAL

I've also been known to make vile-looking concoctions using several different varieties of juice, but I haven't got any specific recipes. Sorry.

Cherry Seven UpAt the moment, Canada Dry and Canada Dry with Vodka for the alcoholic. It switches to Schweppes American Ginger Ale when I'm in Europe.

Anyone ever try Sun Drop?

Incredibly rare. As far as I know, only found in Wisconsin and Virginia. Has as much caffeine as my mother's coffee (My mother has been a doctor her whole life--the stuff gave my father heart palpitations), is mostly sugar, and for some reason burns on an empty stomach. And its non-alcoholic.

Ethiopian Harrar is currently my favorite, but usually I just settle for plain old Maxwell House.

My extended family probably supports an entire third world village with our coffee drinking habits.

Second & Third choices?

Coke, followed by tea (black or green).

Frog:

1 part Smirnoff ice
1 part wkd alcopop (blue)
1 part wkd alcopop (red)
2 parts orange juice

mix to taste ;) (to make firefly just leave out the blue guess how I discovered that ;))

For non-alcoholic just have some ice coffee all the body needs <.< >.>

I'm not much of a drinker, though I do enjoy a good wine cooler periodically. I usually drink milk (does a body good ;)), root beer, and Dr. Pepper. Oh, and coffee, LOTS of it. And frappuccinos...

The classic Black Velvet (beloved by Bismarck) is a half litre of dark beer and 2-4 oz of champaign.

In a can:
America's Best Iced Coffee. (15.5 oz cans, 4 known flavors). I can freebase this stuff. Seriously. I've had 4 cans in 5 minutes. :D

Mixed Drink:
The Palindrome
Double shot of Crown Royal
Fill with Royal Crown.

Meh, my alcoholic drink of choice right now is a G&T. As for non-alcoholic stuff, I'm rather fond of water and fruit juice.

I've had it...it's quite good, though to my knowledge it still trails Mountain Dew for overall caffeine content.

As for my favorites...for beer I have to go with Newcastle Brown as well...I'm told there is a Newcastle Pale, but I've never seen it here.

For a mixed drink, it is required that I emulate The Dude and go with a White Russian.

For straight liquor, any decent Scotch will do for me.

For soda, I'll go with A&W Sparkling Vanilla Cream Soda...delicious stuff.

Watermelon Shooter (the mixed drink version)

A shot of Southern Comfort
4 oz orange juice
a dash of grenadine

By far, my favorite drink is the rum runner

1 oz each:
pineapple juice
blackberry liqueur
banana liqueur
Triple Sec
light rum

pour pver 2 cups of ice in a blender, add a splash of grenadine, blend till smooth.

Enjoy.

Last two times I was in Japan, though, all I drank was Kochakaden Royal Milk Tea. I would slit a throat if I thought I could get one more can of that sweet deliciousness here in Hawaii. Please ask me to slit a throat so I can get some.

standard vodka 80 proof.

Something about the way they distill and process it though, makes it a million times better than Smirnoff, Level, Grey Goose, Belvedire, or any other vodka that is sold in the market.

Try getting your hands on Sibirskaya. Hard to find, expensive and excellent.

I am partial to McAllan, 18yo, if i can afford it, for me its the best malt whatever vintage i tasted.
With beer i like a cool Leffe Brun.
Non-alcoholic, there is nothing greater than fresh milk for me. And with fresh i mean it comes from a container that says Moo. Slightly better if put in the fridge for chillness.

Milk with orange liqueur? I can't decide if that sounds yummy or disgusting. On a semi-related note, my favourite drink when I'm sick is Good Earth original tea with lemon, honey, and a healthy dose of whiskey. Best way to soothe a sore throat that I know of.
