How do I do this? I am a member of Wiki, but am not sure how to write an article for it.

I don't believe General is the right place to ask that kind of question. Maybe you should ask a mod about it - they are very helpful. ;)
You have to do it in NSWiki.
Just type in your country's name in the Search. It won't come up. Then click 'Make a page for ******', then make your page.
