While I might watch some sci-fi from time to time, the new Battlestar Galactica is the only one I'll admit to in real life. Yeah, I'm lame and conformist like that.

They contact the Pegasus and the Admiral is murdered after trying to execute a couple Galactica guys then the person appointed to secede her is assassinated and Apollo is appointed captain of the Pegasus. The lady in Baltar's head isn't really a Cylon just part of his self-conscious thatdefends his pro-Cylon actions. The real lady was resurrected on Caprica and has Baltar in her head as her self-conscious and joins with Boomer to work to help the humans.

Seasons 1 & 2 can be bought on iTunes.
I wonder when tonight's episode will hit iTunes (I can't remember if it's 1 day or 1 week after it's broadcast).

That was a cool episode, what do the mini episodes cover I never heard about them? Are they about the year that appears to have passed between this season and last?

Sweet! Hopefully, I can start the download before I head to work, so it will be ready for me to watch when I get home (I have no cable, so the only way I can watch the episodes is by getting them off iTunes).

I liked it at first, because I love a good space opera 'specially "Dune". But, I hate sappy dramatization and I finally just quit the show after the quote "Im having your baby"

BSG is turning into to the anti-war liberal’s propaganda machine.
The new episode played like an Al Qaeda video release ~ an Insurgency recruitment film. Asinine stupidity.
Suicide bombing works, it’s justifiable and if not endorsable, it’s understandable?…. Blah blah blah. Bleeding heart poppycock. Only a Hollywood democrat consortium could write such rubbish and then pretend to suggest that robots that can’t be killed by the bombs would be influenced by such demonstrations. Balderdash. Propaganda in a can.

Yea, it pissed me off for a bit too. But then I realized all it really did was make me ask myself questions, which in the end only strengthened my belief that our armed forces are doing some good.
It also gives you a fresh view point; you don't see Terrorist vs. Coalition. You observe two totally alien cultures fight a war with the displacement of a god; giving viewers a unique perception on themselves.
Yes, it's topical, but for now, it doesn't seem that the writers are making any logical arguments through the show. The cylons are not doing what we are doing in Iraq and Afghanistan, and the BG insurgents are not like the terrorists.
