Frankly, I'd want everyone to formulate actual rational thought about everything they say before they say it. Might help prevent a lot of idiocy.

We get these threads all the time. Usually from right-wing Americans (correct me if I'm wrong here), who believe that what they are doing in Iraq is right, that the only way to fight terrorism is by blowing the middle-east to pieces, and that Bush is infallible.

This, inevitably as they realise that their whole belief structure is bullshit, leads them to become extremely defensive and they eventually gain a Eutrusca complex (otherwise known as a persecution complex). This leads them to believe that everyone is 'out to get' the US, and that the dirty liberals in Europe (especially the frogs) want nothing more than to see it destroyed, and will go so far as to attack it endlessly on an internet forum, of all places, in order to bring it down.


News for you; it's bullshit. The US gets discussed proportionately to the impact its actions have on the world.
