Does anyone really answer the public polls ?

I used to avoid public polls as being against the idea of democracy.

Then someone said 'it's just a stupid poll on a stupid question on a stupid game, what does it matter if people see what you said?'

They had a point.

Yes and Yes.

I always answer honestly (though I have been known to click the joke option on rare occasions). I care not for what information is known about me by others (except bank stuff). I see my life as an open book and would like to think that I am not guarded in any way (I may or may not be wrong on this one).

What definition of Liberal are we going for here? US or UK?

It is up to the answerers of the poll and not me I'd think, because they are the ones describing themselves.

I answer public polls, mostly honestly.

I like them, 'cause you can see what everyone else put. I'd guess that's the main motivation for making them public.

OK, answered honestly (except for some reason it didn't put me selecting "liberal" on the poll...US style, because there was no UK equivalent there)

I only use public polls on topics that arent serious and when I know people wouldnt be shy to answer. If the topic is sensitive, I keep it private.

I don't care if they're public or not, I usually answer honestly.

i would describe my self as an awairness that attempts to avoid deceiving myself.

True enough. I didnt put an extra whole lot of thought into the poll, because it adds just about zilch to the thread content-wise, but I almost had to include a public poll of some type because.....well just because .
