If he had been sentanced to death by the judge/jury(not sure who's job that is in Wyoming), then yes.
It's happened before, and with even younger victims. I think the youngest was 14... maybe even 13. Of course this was in the deep south, so don't neccesarily consider it representative, but it's definitely sickening.

Most likely.
I don't think anyone should be executed, most of all people under 18, but it seems fair to me that a teenager be sentenced to life for cold-blooded murder like this. He's old enough to realize that he's permanently ending a life.
